INTERNATIONAL KARATE FEDERATION ASSOCIATION WITHOUT MONEY PURPOSES
I.K.F. AIMS ARE:
* Promotion of the sportive Olympic karate
* Study and promotion of traditional karate
* Co-operation with similar organisations
* Promotion to improve the referee technique
I.K.F. (INTERNATIONAL KARATE FEDERATION) HAS AN INTERNATIONAL
CHARACTER AND RECOGNIZE THREE KINDS OF KARATE:
* Karate Olympic sportive
* Karate Traditional - di stile
* Karate contact
* art. 2 - members
AS PERMANENT MEMBERS WHO HAS PROMOTED THE CREATION OF I.K.F.
(INTERNATIONAL KARATE FEDERATION); THEY HAVE TO CHECK THE GOOD
FUNCTIONING OF THE ASSOCIATION
* art. 3 – membership
All the clubs asking to enter in the I.K.F.
(international karate federation)
can become membership of I.F.K. membership is valid one year ( 1th of january till 31 of december) and
is possible to renew a membership is valid after the payment of the
membership fee, that
has to be addressed to the generaly secretary.
* art. 4 – termination of membership
EXCLUSION FROM I.F.K. MAY BE DECIDED FOR:
* For a missed renewal of the membership
* For a missed payment of the membership fee
* For disciplinary reasons
* art. 5 – coordinators election
The Regional coordinator is elected by the
Clubs of the same Region thet have effected the payment for the current year
THE NATIONAL COORDINATOR
* · the national co -ordinator is elected by the regional
co -ordinators
of the same Nation.
* · national co -ordinators can name one regional
co -ordinator in
regions without co -ordination.
* · National and regional co -ordinators are in charge for four years Olympic period
INTERNATIONAL COORDINATOR
* · The international co -ordinator is elected by the national
co -ordinators
* · The international co -ordinator represents the general imprizee of
I.F.K.
* · The candidate has to be chosen between who has organisation capacities and with a general karate knowledge.
* · The international co -ordinator can name, where are not present, national and regional
co -ordinators and he can also name technique and disciplinary commissions.
* · The international co -ordinator is in charge for two four years Olyimpic period.
* · The international co -ordinator can remove, for serious and assured reasons
* · The international co -ordinator can be removed by at least the 50%
plus 1 of national
co -ordinators for his poor interest in I.F.K. or for legal problems.
* art. 6 – responsibilities
I.K.F. (INTERNATIONAL KARATE FEDERATION) refuse any civil and or penal
responsibility for any inconvenient may happen in or out the clubs.
CLUBS are directly responsible in front of their member and athletes.
* art.7 - resources
I.K.F. (INTERNATIONAL KARATE FEDERATION) has its resources comp rending the
clubs membership fees and the subventions and gifts of the supporters
* art.8 - modification
Modification of the Statute are on request and decided upon 50% + 1 of national responsibles with voting rights.
